Welcome video & how to use this

Hello!

Welcome to Weight Loss Warriors! Every 7 days you will get access to a new set of workouts, nutrition lessons, mindset training exercises (journal prompts, meditations, videos to watch, exercises to do, etc). You will receive an email when they are ready! The most important thing is to log in to weight loss warriors each week to make sure you don't fall behind.


You can always access your workouts at www.weightlosswarriors.co on any device. (Teachable is the software that this program is hosted on)


Workout tips:

The workout format includes 7-8 workouts per body part. This means if you're ready to workout for the day, you will complete 1 list of exercises.

There are 5 days for each week. You do not have to do all of these, especially if you are crunched for time. At least get in at least 3 different days of workouts (1 upper body, 1 lower body, 1 full body) and at least 5 of the exercises on each list for effective results!

These workouts are designed for someone who has experience lifting weights. If you are starting with limited experience, please spend some time mastering the body-weight only workouts (see resource hub).

Modify exercises as needed. If you can't finish a whole list during your workout it is absolutely ok! Do what you can with what you have.
